By accepting and performing services through Weso, you agree to comply with the following rules of conduct whenever you enter any user property (house, apartment, office, or business):

Respect for property

You may not take, steal, keep, or remove any object belonging to the user.

You may not use the user’s personal belongings (food, drinks, appliances, devices, tools, etc.) without explicit authorization.

If something is broken or damaged during the service, you must immediately report it to the user and to Weso.

Professional conduct

You must always maintain a respectful and polite attitude toward everyone present on the property.

Any form of harassment, disrespect, shouting, threats, or violent behavior is strictly prohibited.

Any kind of discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, social status, or any other personal characteristic is not allowed.

Substances and physical condition

It is forbidden to consume alcohol, e-cigarettes/vapes, drugs, or similar substances inside the user’s property.

You may not show up to a service under the influence of alcohol or substances that affect your behavior or performance.

Care of the space

You must take care of the furniture, walls, floors, equipment, and in general all elements of the property.

You may not move heavy objects, or open drawers, closets, or private areas without the user’s authorization.

At the end of the service, you must leave the work area clean and tidy, in similar conditions to how you found it.

Access, keys, and security

Any key, remote, password, or access code provided to you may only be used for the authorized service.

You may not copy keys or keep access codes for future or unauthorized use.

You must ensure that doors and access points are left closed and secured as they were given to you.

Privacy, photos, and use of information

You may take photos and/or videos only of the work area and the service performed, when necessary to:

Record the progress of the service,

Support warranties, complaints, or claims, or

Report damages or incidents to Weso or the user.

You must not take photos of people, documents, screens, private objects, or areas of the property that are not related to the service.

You may not publish or share these photos or videos on social media, portfolios, or other media without the express written authorization of both the user and Weso.

You may not share private information about the user, their family, their business, or their property with third parties.

Companions and third parties

You may not bring companions to the user’s property unless they are previously authorized and registered in the service order.

If the service requires additional personnel, they must be informed to and authorized by Weso and the user.

Schedule and service fulfillment

You must arrive within the agreed time window and respect the estimated duration of the service.

If you cannot attend or will be late, you must notify in advance through the channels defined by Weso.

Pets, children, and residents

You must act with special care when there are children, elderly people, or pets on the property.

It is forbidden to mistreat, scare, or handle pets or personal belongings without authorization.

Breach of these rules

Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of the service, and temporary or permanent suspension of your provider account on Weso.

In serious cases (such as theft, aggression, or intentional damage), Weso may report the incident to the relevant authorities and cooperate with any investigation.

Acceptance of these rules

By registering as a provider and accepting services through Weso, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted this Code of Conduct.

Weso may update these rules at any time; the version published on the platform will always be the one in force.
